About the ‘ Nonviolent and Effective Communication 1’ training

Having a fruitful conversation with your supervisor, not always ending up in the same quarrel with your father, lovingly talking to your partner about each other’s irritations and frustrations. Nonviolent and Effective Communication can help you in all these kinds of situations in relationships. It brings you insights and gives you tools that you can use anywhere.

How does this work? You will learn how in the Nonviolent and Effective Communication training. In this first part, the Foundation, you will learn the essence of what Nonviolent and Effective Communication is about. It is primarily focused on comprehension and putting theory into practice, so that you get the hang of it and can apply it spontaneously later on. You will practice the theory through energetic and challenging assignments.

At the end of this training you will know more about:

  • Behaviour patterns and perception

  • Your feelings and what they point to
  • The use of empathy
